1 cup Tiger Nuts pieces
4 cups filtered water
4 tablespoon cold-pressed turmeric juice OR powdered turmeric spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Place tiger nuts in a large container, cover in filtered water and soak for 12-24 hours
Change water after 8 hours
Strain, rinse and blend with the four cups of filtered water
Add and blend with remaining ingredients 2-3 minutes
Strain through nut milk bag
Refrigerate for 4-5 days
